We were so surprised because they really make up feel welcomed in New Buffalo. Most were chatting more with each other rather than the guests of the casino.

The staff were not as friendly, and not nearly as attentive to our needs.they didn't even make eye contact. It looks like a Four Winds, but doesn't seem to function like a Four Winds. While the New Buffalo casino is our favorite one, we were excited to try the new casino in Dowagiac. We have been to the other Four Winds Casinos in New Buffalo and Hartford.
